The kit includes an aluminum Venturi Nozzle with the capabilities of being machined anywhere between 80mm to 86mm exit diameter, a stainless steel variable Trim Ring, an aluminum Steering Nozzle with the capabilities of being machined anywhere between 82mm to 89mm exit diameter, a manual Trim Cable, and all the hardware for mounting. After months of dyno, field and durability testing in conjunction with Team Kawasaki, Factory Pipe is ready to release their all new Kawasaki SXR 800 exhaust system. This exhaust system utilizes the stock waterbox keeping it quiet and IJSBA legal limited. The pipe is fully water jacketed and makes 27 Horsepower on a stock engine over the stock exhaust system when used in conjunction with carb jetting and an ignition advance plate. Our customer supplied "Audit" boat gained 6 miles per hour over the stock exhaust system with the pipe, jetting, removing the flame arrestor rubber grommets, and a 6 degree advance plate. Peak power is produced at 7100 RPM. We have found the stock impeller to work well on stock and limited setups. ECWI is not included, but the pipe is ECWI compatible. ECWI did not make a noticeable benefit on the stock, limited, and superstock setups we tested. The current version will require removing some of the inside liner of the stock hood to fit the pipe.
